Chakra Tuning Chakra Stimulation

Vishuddhi, which is known as the Throat Chakra, relates to both communication and growth. This Chakra is located in the throat, and it?s associated with the thyroid gland, which secretes thyroid hormone.

Vishuddhi chakra will become blocked and this make us feel unprotected and make some wrong choices. Vishuddhi also purifies the poisons; here the poisons of the mind do not always get the right filter.

Vishuddha is associated with the faculty of higher discrimination, between choosing what is right and wrong, and it is associated with creativity and self-expression.

It is known as the 'poison and nectar' centre, closely related to the Bindu chakra, and the secret of immortality is said to reside there. Vishuddha (or Vishuddhi) is the throat chakra.

Words are, literally, "shaped currents of air" (the heart element); thus, "the word become flesh" is found as the opened heart.
